Professional IT Support Specialist
Professional IT Support Specialist We are looking for professional IT support and training specialists that are take-charge type of people, confident decision makers, and go-getters who know their strengths. If you like to take control of a situation, enjoy problem solving and guiding people to success, this is the role for you.
As a Professional IT Support Specialist, you will work from your home during the pandemic while holding yourself accountable for your success and proactively supporting customers. You are customer focused, curious, and love working with others in a virtual setting. Post pandemic, there may be a need for the representative to physically work out of our Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania office. The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria:
Have a designated workspace that is distraction-free and allows you to give your full attention to the customer during your shift. Schedule - Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm EST. Overtime opportunities are available when necessary. The job is remote during the pandemic with the possibility of returning to an office setting post pandemic. Training time is paid. Approximately 2-3 weeks of training.
